Lake HVAC has installed and maintained HVAC systems for many Fortune 500 companies located in Massachusetts and New England. We specialize in servicing industrial, commercial, institutional and high tech / bio-tech clients.
We work with the finest Engineering firms in the Boston area to insure that our clients receive true, long-term value for their HVAC system investment.
Our 22,000 square foot facility is located in Stoneham, MA., and we are licensed mechanical contractors in Massachusetts.
Lake HVAC provides the following HVAC services:
- Sheet Metal Fabrication & Installation of HVAC systems. Our shop uses the latest technology for fabrication, including AutoCAD and plasma cutting machines.
- Piping Division specializing in steam, chilled and hot water piping systems including process piping. Our pipefitters and plumbers are licensed in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
- Service Division is on call 24 hours per day/7 days per week for emergency service. Our licensed technicians work closely with the construction division to ensure that start-up and commissioning for a project is completed to Leeds Standards. They are fully trained to perform PMI services for your equipment.
- Our Design-Build Team works together on complex projects specializing in:
- Surveying existing facilities to meet the current ASHRAE ventilation standards.
- Working with owners and Utilities to reduce operating cost and maximize rebates.
- Clean Room concepts, protocol, and design.
- Industrial ventilation and process piping.
- Design of custom HVAC equipment.
- Cogeneration
- Leeds Certification
